The Pense Town Hall is the main gathering place for Town functions. The hall can also be rented for personal functions such as weddings. Some of the features include:

- Wheelchair accessible to lower level
- 400 Chairs
- 19 x 6" Rectangle tables upstairs that holds 8 people
- 6 x 8" Rectangle tables downstairs that holds 10 people
- 13 x 6" Rectangle tables downstairs that hold 8 people
The upstairs holds 298 people without dance floor. With dance floor it holds 240 people. The basement level holds 235 people.

Legion Hall:
The Legion is a great place to rent if your are looking for a smaller area to hold a wedding shower, baby shower or a place to hold a meeting. Features include:
- Kitchen with fridge and stove available for use
- 6 x 6" Rectangle tables that holds 8 people
- 40 chairs
The basement holds 40 people.
The rental rate is $40.00 per day.
